It is bad for us and we know it. One problem--your idea and mine of junk food may be entirely different. To me, junk food is doughnuts, chips, soda, cookies, cakes...pretty much anything full of carbs and/or sugar. Right now that is all I want. What I do not want is the blubber hanging from my thighs. So, I will eat something else. It may only be coffee, but I tell you, I will NOT end up like my Grandma June and die fat, after spending all my elderly years moaning about aches and pains. I have already wasted so much of my adult life overweight and feel salty about the youth lost to obesity. I will get better and better from here on out.
